Do I need to have read Astral Ticket's titles to enjoy Foxxy Vacations?
Not at all! Foxxy Vacations is a “foxxy” one-shot pinup book with each title being completely self-contained. You do not need to be familiar with the stories the characters are from to enjoy these full-page ultra hot cosplay pinups.

Why is the censoring so heavy? Can I see the books without the censors?
We censored the “foxxy” artwork more heavily due to recent activity between Kickstarter and Stripe. While our work does not violate any rules, we chose to be safe rather than sorry. The uncensored cover gallery can be seen in our Discord server. A low resolution link to the uncensored cover gallery can be provided upon request by messaging us.

Will there be a Backerkit?
Yes, we will do a Backerkit post-campaign for surveys with the option to pick up additional items. However, items marked Kickstarter Exclusive will not be available on Backerkit.

No. Due to a contract with the book’s co-creator, we are unable to offer it digitally on Kickstarter.

We do not normally sign the comics but the creator/lead writer, Isaac Fox, will sign your books upon request. Just shoot us a message and we’ll be happy to make it happen for you at no additional cost.

Some items are limited. If there is something you want and it’s sold out or no longer available, please message us and we’ll see what we can do to help. Limited items are first come first serve, but we are always willing to work out something equivalent to ensure you have the best-possible experience with us.

What if I never fill out my survey?
We will post several updates, send reminder emails, and send direct messages here on Kickstarter to remind you to fill out your surveys. Surveys are used to determine the number of each item we need to order from our suppliers. Most covers are printed only once post-campaign. If you miss the survey deadline we cannot guarantee your items will be available. However, life happens and above all else we want you happy with your experience with Astral Ticket/Isaac Fox comics. Our mascots will always work with you the best they can to get you your well-deserved rewards.

How are the rewards shipped?
Comics are bagged and boarded and shipped inside Gemini Mailers. Small items, such as trading cards and stickers, are placed in the back of the comic bag. Metal comics are wrapped in bubble wrap for safety. Larger orders are shipped in large Gemini Mailers with packing peanuts to ensure safety. Some items, such as mousepads, are bulky and usually shipped with your comics inside a special black or white box. Posters are shipped separately in tubes to ensure the artwork is undamaged. Rewards are shipped through USPS and FedEX, depending.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
